Maui Day One

On June 18th we were crazy enough to travel to Maui with a three-year-old and four-month-old :) Our eight hour plan ride there was AMAZING! Zoey cried maybe one minute when she was hungry and Barrett gave us hardly any trouble at all. FOR AN EIGHT HOUR PLANE RIDE! The plane ride home is a completely different story, but let's focus on the good for now :)

We left our house around 5:30 am, flew out around 9:30 and landed around noon Hawaii time (five hours behind Texas time). We were fully planning on just checking in to the hotel and sleeping, but we were too excited and it was way too beautiful to stay inside. We were greeted by gorgeous, fresh leis, two hula dancers and a guy singing and playing the ukelele in my aunt's outdoor area of her suite. The palm trees, views, music, and dancing had me hooked. The work of traveling with two little ones was going to be worth it!

Best friend cousins!

One of the best things about the whole trip was spending time with family :)

Last minute decision to go see the beach.
We woke Zoey up from a deep sleep to see the sunset the first night.

Logan loved the ocean
