Santa Monica: Part Two

We spent one of our days touring Malibu while my mom, sister, cousin, and Gran stayed in Santa Monica with all the babies. We had so much fun seeing this part of California and learning the history of Malibu. We visited a 9/11 memorial, went to three different wine tastings, and ate lunch with an ocean view.

We happened to book this tour on September 11th so our guide surprised us with a stop at Pepperdine so we could see this amazing memorial. There was a flag for every single person who lost their lives. I had chills walking through the flags, and couldn't help feeling overwhelmed with the rows and rows that seemed never ending. It was such a beautiful tribute.

The rest of the day was spent at three wineries, lunch at Duke's, and back at the hotel with the babies and the rest of the family.
