Santa's Cookies & Christmas Morning 2015

We got home a little late from my grandparents' houses Christmas Eve night, so I already had the cookies made and ready for us to sit out for Santa. Barrett was so excited and wanted to pick out each cookie he wanted for Santa. He chose three cookies then wanted to carry the plate himself. We got a cute little video of his excitement.

Christmas morning just gets better and better each year. We loved watching his excitement build with the anticipation of seeing what Santa (and Mrs. Clause) brought him. He actually didn't even mention it when he first woke up, because we had a blanket covering everything up. He just wanted to eat and play. We were eating breakfast and he noticed the cookies were gone and started getting excited. We had him wait in the hall and then run in to see everything. There is nothing better than a relaxing Christmas morning with a happy three-year-old!
