Barrett's First Christmas

Get ready for the longest post ever and picture overload!

Our first family Christmas with Barrett was really special. We spent Christmas Eve and Christmas morning with just our little family and made unforgettable memories. The night before Christmas we baked cookies and watched The Nightmare Before Christmas (an early gift from Steven).   Here is our little bear sleeping in his bassinet waiting for Santa.

Christmas morning, we woke up to full stockings and some surprises from Santa. Barrett only had to be good for four months this year!

Barrett watching Daddy go through his stocking.

So excited about his polar bear chair from Santa! He is ready to go through his stocking...which was full of new pacis and little books!

Such a happy baby!

My boys on Christmas morning.

Yay! We managed to get all three of us in a pic.

Sophie loved her new toys from Santa!
My mom came over a few days ago so we could actually get some pictures of the three of us in front of the tree. We also needed to finish opening Barrett's presents from us.

After we celebrated Christmas at home, Barrett took a nap then we headed out to my aunt Carolyn's house. While we were there it started snowing! Barrett's first Christmas was a white one! How cool that it has been so warm here and then out of nowhere it snowed on Christmas day!

Barrett's first snow!

After a scary drive home in the snow and ice, we finished Christmas day off with some Yahtzee.

  3. Barrett always looks so happy! He has the most precious smile! I am glad y'all had such a great first Christmas together and that Barrett's first Christmas was a white one. Carolyn's back yard looks so pretty with the snow!
